Funny friend

So if any of you know my friend Lydia, you know that she and I laugh more together than anyone I know. Lydia can say something that is not that funny and I will laugh my head off. Here are some examples:

Example A:

Lydia: “I need to get married next October. Cuz I think it’d be cool to get married on 10/20/2010″
Laura: “That’s too fast for me. I need more time.”
Lydia: “Well you could go for 11/20/2011 or 12/12/2010 or 12/20/2012″

Again, not that funny but I was laughing so hard. Hours later.

Example B:

Picture Lydia and I watching “So You Think You Can Dance” at my house in Salt Lake City. At the end of the opening credits song, it says the word “Dance” in a super deep voice. For the next 10 minutes, Lydia and I proceed to say “So You Think You Can Dance” trying to be as deep as we can on the word “Dance” over and over again and cracking ourselves up soooooooo much. WEEKS later, my roommate tells me that every time she hears the opening credits of “SYTYCD”, she thinks of Lydia and I making ourselves laugh.

Example C:

Nothing is funnier than watching an clip of Andy Samberg on SNL with Lydia.

Example D:

Lydia will always know how to get me laughing immediately by saying the words “Magic School Bus”. This one runs deep. Real deep.
